The need. A large family home needed power day and night, whatever the grid was doing.
What we built. Twenty 585 W Yawin panels (11.7 kW), a 10 kVA SRNE inverter and 16 kWh of battery storage.
What it changed. The home runs on solar through the day, and on its batteries at night and during load shedding.
