In April 2026 we launched Phase One of our Unified Energy Access project in Lazaro Village, Chasefu District. For the first time in its history, the village has electricity.
Through our Energy-as-a-Service model, power is shared across households on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are no upfront costs, and customers pay only for what they use.
What it means for the community
- Businesses can grow. Shops stay open longer and barbershops run properly, so small enterprises earn more.
- Refrigeration is possible. Homes and shops can keep food and drinks cold, cutting waste and opening new income.
- Education is improving. Children can study at night under proper light.
- Cleaner, safer homes. Families rely less on kerosene for lighting.
This is just the beginning.
